QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Passion for the skincare/ beauty industry
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers who enter the Boutique.
To assist management with merchandising and housekeeping for the Boutique in a consistent and timely fashion in line with company guidelines.
To maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with WHS standards and housekeeping duties.
Monitor stock levels while re-stocking.
To be a customer service star, always focusing on the customer and their needs to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at our Sheridan DFO Outlet store as a Christmas Casual.
This is a casual role - ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays, sale periods and of course, the silly season) is essential.
Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
