From Tuesday 4 March 2025, the Lower Ground Dining Hall male, female and accessible amenities and parents’ room will be temporarily closed to enable an exciting refurbishment. 

From this date, customers will be redirected to the Lower Ground amenities block near the Archer Street entrance, beside Lok Dentist and opposite Priceline. We will also temporarily open additional female amenities in the B1 carpark lobby area in early March. Access to these temporary female amenities will be via the travelator near Coles, or via the lifts. Please see the map below showing the locations of the open amenities during the refurbishment. 

We expect the newly refurbished amenities to open from August 2025. Please note that the date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We thank you for your patience as we continue to transform Chatswood Chase.
